Please be advised that the County Registrar will hold a VIRTUAL call-over of all Circuit Court Family Law matters awaiting hearing on the 14th day of June 2021 at 10.30a.m. to assign dates in July and October/November 2021. Parties should be in a position to confirm their readiness to proceed and the length of time their case will take at hearing,
A link will be sent to parties closer to the time with instructions to allow you to join the VIRTUAL call-over, If you have not received the login details by Thursday evening 10th June 2021, please e-mail naascourtoffice@courts.ie and the details will be forwarded to you.
Lay litigants will be notified of the call-over by letter and will be required to attend the Courthouse in person on the 14th June 2021. The Court list will be published on the Legal Diary in the coming weeks. Please continue to check the Courts’ website for updates.
